Sound Bath
It's an immersive experience where sound and vibrations create a calming space for healing and self-discovery.
Picture yourself lying comfortably on a cosy mat all warm and snuggly, eyes closed, as gentle sounds wash over you, guiding you into a serene state of relaxation.
No special skills required – just bring an open mind and heart. It's the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into the soothing waters of sound healing!

Tafs Turbo Flyball
Tafs Turbos flyball team are a group of cheerfull,friendly people who get together every other Sunday to practise their skills with their dogs.
We have now competed at many flyball competitions & have achieved great success and now run 4 teams but always keen to take on new members. All new comers welcome.
